Welcome post
I am Saffron, a 30+ who tries to pretend to be a functioning adult. One day I would like to know what I want to become when I grow up because right now I have no clue.
I choose hot chocolate over both tea and coffee, despite being lactose intolerant (some things are just worth it) and boiled carrots are the worst. I am all for sweet things and cannot stand anything spicy.
I do my best to be optimistic because I am very pessimistic towards things in general and I don't like it and don't see it as constructive attitude for me to have
I'm practical to the point where I sometimes forget the aesthetic part of things even though I love pretty things
I think a lot, and I overthink a lot but I like it when people and media makes me question things I've never thought about questioning before, I feel like it is a good thing for my mind/soul to get a workout at times.
Most of my posts will probably be written in the middle of the night so uh, sorry in advance for all the typos, I'll correct them sometime after I've had some sleep.

I absolutely love all of the different ways fans express their passion for what they love, from videos to knitting to cookbooks, I'm there.
Another part of it is all of the different AUs out there. The different ways themes and worldbuilding can combine with the source material into something new, or the wildly different ways a setting, like a coffee shop or a trope can be portrayed, explored and subverted. That in addition to character growth and developing relationships of all kinds between characters makes me feel as if my birthday's come early.
I am generally pretty easy to recruit into a new fandom. You can count on me dragging up old fandoms, both live action and anime, as I never really leave a fandom, just collect more of them.
Fandom-wise, right now, I'm mostly into live action shows, podfics and what the newest season of anime will bring.
NSFW content and personal posts will be locked and spoilers will be posted beneath a cut, all other fandom posts will be public.
As for shipping, I think that what draws someone to a certain dynamic or couple can be very individual and that I don't really have any right to judge, whether it be a dark, fluff or crack ship. Even if I might not see why you would ship something, it is your business, not mine. And who knows? maybe you'll win me over ^^
Have a look around and I hope you enjoy your stay!

I cannot resist sportsanime, I love them so, as for Jojo, I've been promising a friend that I'd give it a chance for like two years now so I thought I thought I should probably get around to it, but I like it so far.
I'll have to see what you choose then^^
I think I'm gonna follow Dororo, Neverland and Mob Psyco s2 with the one's I'm already following but I agree, there aren't as many this season that I'm immediately interested in.

I've watched the first ep of Dororo--it looks like it could be good, although a lot will depend on my feelings about the little kid and whether he becomes too annoying, lol.
